CHEVY EQUINOX OIL LIFE RESET
Equinox 2010-2011-2012-2013-2014-2015-2016-2017 Oil Reset
On this tutorial we need to use the DIC (Driver Information Center) Button located at the center of instrument panel.<>

STEP 1
- Turn The Ignition to ON Position. Don’t Start the Engine.
STEP 2
- Press The Menu Button, Then Use Up And Down Arrow To Navigate The Remaining Oil Life.
STEP 3
- While The Oil Life Is Displayed. Press The Set/Clr Button.
STEP 4
- Afer You Press Set/Clr Button. The Confirmation Message Appear. Now Use Up Arrow To Select Yes.
STEP 5
- After You Select Yes. Press The Set/Clr Button Again To Reset The Oil Life To 100%.
STEP 6
- Turn Ignition Off. Oil Reset is now complete.

CHEVY EQUINOX 2018-2019-2020 CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON RESET
On This Tutorial We Need To Use The Dic Button Located At The Right Side Of The Steering Wheel.
STEP 1
- Push The Start Button, To Start The Vehicle.
- If The Change Engine Oil Soon Message Popup. Dismiss It First By Pressing The Check Button. If Did Not Popup. Proceed To The Next Step.
STEP 2
- Go to the INFORMATION menu by using the LEFT ARROW navigation button (located on the steering wheel)
STEP 3
- Press The Down Or Up Arrow To Navigate The Remaining Oil Life.
STEP 4
- While The Remaining Oil Life Is Displayed. Press And Hold The Check Button To Reset The Oil Life To 100%.
STEP 5
- turn ignition off. Oil Reset is now complete.

Engine Oil Life System
When to Change Engine Oil
This vehicle has a computer system that indicates when to change the engine oil and filter. This is based on a combination of factors which include engine revolutions, engine temperature, and miles driven. Based on driving conditions, the mileage at which an oil change is indicated can vary considerably. For the oil life system to work properly, the system must be reset every time the oil is changed.<>
CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON
This message displays when the engine oil needs to be changed. When you change the engine oil, be sure to reset the Oil Life System.<>
The Oil Life display must be reset after each oil change. It will notreset itself. Do not reset the Oil Life display accidentally at any time other than when the oil has just been changed. It cannot be reset accurately until the next oil change. To reset the engine oil life system,follow the instruction above.<>
