First, what is this problem? “This Program Has Been Blocked For Your Protection” is a Windows error message that typically appears when you try to install or run an application that Windows considers potentially harmful. This error message is designed to protect your system from potentially harmful applications that can harm your computer or steal your data.<>
If you want to really install this application you can simply install this application by following my 6 STEPS tutorial below.<>
In my tutorial below I have the application name TEXT on my desktop. When I try to install this application, I receive this error.<>

LET’S INSTALL THE APPLICATION EVEN THE WINDOWS WON’T ALLOW US<>
STEP 1:
- Make sure you are using the administrator account of your computer.
STEP 2:
- In your start menu search for CMD. Then right-click the CMD and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

STEP 3:
- Right-click the application that you want to install, and scroll properties. Then copy the address of the file.

STEP 4
- In the CMD type cd (space) +address of the application, then press enter.

STEP 6
- Now type the name of the application, in my example I rename the application to TEXT, to make it easy for me to type the name of the application in the command prompt. Then press enter to start the installation.
