HOW TO RESET

1995-1997 A6 Service Due Reset

NOTE: Factory scan tool, VAG 1551/1552 or VAS 5051, is required to reset service reminder indicator. (Launch X431 Pro3 Can Also reset this reminder)

1998-2004 Audi A6 Service Interval Reset

On this tutorial we need to use the TRIP RESET BUTTON and the CLOCK BUTTON. See image below.

STEP 1

Turn the IGNITION OFF. Make sure the IGNITION IS OFF.

STEP 2

Press the TRIP RESET BUTTON and Switch the IGNITION to ON at the same time. The SERVICE KM will appear in my example I have 200 KM.

STEP 3

While the SERVICE IN KM is displayed. PRESS the CLOCK BUTTON on the LEFT until the SERVICE KM RESET TO 15000.

STEP 4

Turn Ignition OFF. Reset Procedure is Done.

2005-2008 A6 Service Reminder Reset

2009-2014 Audi A6 Reset Oil Change Interval

On This tutorial we need to use the CAR button.

STEP 1

Turn the IGNITION ON or start the ENGINE.

STEP 2

Press the CAR BUTTON then press ENTER BUTTON.

STEP 3

Then Navigate “SERVICE INTERVAL DISPLAY”.

STEP 4

Then Select “Reset oil change interval. “

STEP 1

Turn the ENGINE ON.
