Lexus LS460 Oil Maintenance Required Reset
Simple and straightforward instructions for resetting the service oil maintenance required indicated message light on Lexus LS460 models from 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2016, and 2017. This tutorial may apply to the Lexus LS460L model.
STEP 1
- Close all doors, gear to the park position.
STEP 2
- Stop the car, turn the ignition switch to the ON position. (press the power Button 2x) Without touching the brake pedal. NOTE: If the service maintenance has not been reset while the ignition is turned on, try turning it on while keeping your foot on the brake.
STEP 3
- Press the TRIP button, to set display TRIP A.
STEP 4
- Turn Off the ignition.
STEP 5
- Press and hold the RESET button, then turn the ignition On, keep holding the RESET button until the RESETTINGS OIL MAINTENANCE DATA COMPLETE is displayed on the screen.
STEP 6
- Turn off the ignition, oil reset is complete.
