PROBLEM: Machine parameters
SOLUTION: Contact technical support.

ERROR CODE: 010
PROBLEM: Reverse rotation of the wheel
SOLUTION: Contact technical support.

ERROR CODE: 011
PROBLEM: Wheel speed too low Check the main voltage.
SOLUTION: If the checks do not lead to any results, contact technical support.

ERROR CODE: 012
PROBLEM: The wheel cannot be stopped at the end of the launch
CAUSE:  Loose or Faulty Magnetic Contact Switch
SOLUTION: Check the mains voltage. If the checks do not lead to any results, contact technical support.

PROBLEM: 013 Wheel speed too high
SOLUTION: Contact technical support.

PROBLEM: The wheel does not spin
SOLUTION: Contact technical support.

ERROR CODE: 015
PROBLEM: Keys pressed or jammed at start-up
SOLUTION: Release all buttons, then turn off or restart the machine. If the error persists, contact technical support.

ERROR CODE: 016
PROBLEM: Distance sensor not in rest position when the machine is switched on
SOLUTION: Set the sensor to its rest position: the error should disappear. If the error persists, contact technical support.

PROBLEM: Width sensor not in rest position when the machine is switched on
SOLUTION: Set the sensor to its rest position: the error should disappear. If the error persists, contact technical support.

ERROR CODE: 019
PROBLEM: Communication processor failure
SOLUTION: Turn the machine off or on. If the error persists, contact technical support. The machine can still be used but all functions related to the USB port are disabled.

PROBLEM: Lack of communication with the eeprom memory
SOLUTION: Turn the machine off and then on again. If the error persists, contact technical support.

PROBLEM: Presence of weight during the Cal0 calibration phase
SOLUTION: Remove the weight and repeat the launch of the Cal0 phase. If the error persists, contact technical support.

PROBLEM: A launch without weight or failure of the pick-up A signal in the Cal2 calibration phase.
SOLUTION: Apply the intended weight and repeat the launch. If the error persists, contact technical support.

PROBLEM: A launch without weight or failure of the pick-up B signal in the Cal2 calibration phase.

ERROR CODE: 028
PROBLEM: A launch with weight on the internal side during the Cal3 calibration phase. In this phase, the weight must be on the external side.
SOLUTION: Remove the weight from the internal side and repeat the launch. If the error persists, contact technical support.

TROUBLE: Inverter overload.
SOLUTION: Contact technical support.

The error code can be exited in the following ways:

OPERATOR CONFIRMATION The machine exits the error code display when the operator presses any key (except for [P7] ).

OPERATOR ACTION The machine exits from the error code display when the operator performs an action linked to said error code (for example, ERR 016, brings the Distance sensor back to the rest position).

ONCE The machine displays the error code and its brief description just once, then it returns to the previous status.

PERMANENT The machine permanently displays this error code until being turned off, therefore the error code cannot be exited.

BRIGHT WHEEL BALANCER BEEP CODES

BEEP CODES: Short beep
MEANING: Selecting a program or a function

BEEP CODES: Long beep
MEANING: Acquisition Acquisition of a value (e.g. acquisition of wheel dimensions).

BEEP CODES: Double beep
MEANING: Warning A particular condition has occurred that requires the operator’s attention.

BEEP CODES: Triple beep
MEANING: Function not available or Error
DESCRIPTION: The requested function is not available or that an error condition has occurred.

BEEP CODES: Short beep + long beep
MEANING: Storing one or more values in the permanent memory (eeprom) of the circuit board
DESCRIPTION: One or more values have been stored in the permanent memory of the circuit board (for example, at completion of calibration phases).

BEEP CODES: Intermittent beep
MEANING: Adjustment
DESCRIPTION: Signal used in some service programs to simplify the adjustment of sensors.
