
MAINTENANCE RESET: TOYOTA TACOMA
Easy to follow instruction on how to reset the MAINT REQD Warning Indicator Light on Toyota Tacoma (N220/ N240 /N250/ N260/ N270/ N300/ TRD/ Limited/ Sr/ SR5 /OFFROAD) from year 2005-2006-2007-2008-2009-2010-2011-2012-2013-2014-2015-2016-2017-2018-2019-2020.
2005-2015 Tacoma Maint Reqd Reset
STEP 1
- Turn The Ignition ON. Don’t Start The Engine.
STEP 2
- Press The ODO/TRIP BUTTON To Display To ODO.
2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma Maintenance Required Warning Light Reset
STEP 3
- Then Turn The IGNITION To OFF.
STEP 4
- Press And Hold ODO/TRIP BUTTON And Turn Ignition To The “RUN” Position. Hold Knob For At Least 5 Seconds Until “000000” Is Displayed.
STEP 5
- Then Turn The Ignition OFF.
2016-2020 Toyota Tacoma Maintenance Required Warning Light Reset
STEP 1
- Turn The Ignition ON. Don’t Start The Engine.
STEP 2
- Press The ODO/TRIP BUTTON To Display To TRIP A.
2016-2020 Toyota Tacoma Maintenance Required Warning Light Reset
STEP 3
- Press And Hold ODO/TRIP BUTTON And Turn Ignition To The “RUN” Position. Hold Knob For At Least 5 Seconds Until “MAINT REQD” flashes multiple times and the light goes off.
STEP 4
- Turn The Ignition OFF. Maintenance Reset Is Complete.
